Client Services Coordinator
Overview
This is a full-time client services technical coordination position, which assists with the smooth operation of the main office, events at Fort Mason Center, and services to resident organizations. This is a full-time position reporting to the Director of Client Services in the Client Services Department.
Duties & Responsibilities include the following. Others may be assigned. Note: telecom requirements include phone, DSL, satellite, cable, wireless, and required equipment.
- Work closely with the Sales Department and Facilities Department to coordinate event logistics and telecommunication requirements.
- Coordinate with clients any hanging signage requirements
Create purchase orders (POs) for supplies, equipment, and services
- Manage the planning of telecom installation according to client floor plans, distribution, and installation of equipment, and, if necessary, provide on-site support during event
- Manage the distribution, tracking, recording of POs, and the accuracy of vendor invoices
- Coordinate regular linen, coffee, water, and dumpster deliveries.
- Manage tech schedule report, event calendars, and office equipment maintenance
- Receive and follow up on the requests of clients, staff, and resident organizations
- Provide front desk coverage for the receptionist during breaks and absences
- Cross-train with other client services department positions
- Knowledge of both PC and Mac computers a plus
Compensation
This is a full-time non-exempt position. A competitive compensation package, including medical, dental, life insurance, and 401(k) benefits, is offered.
