Fort Mason Center, located on San Francisco Bay between Fisherman’s Wharf and the Golden Gate Bridge, is part of the Golden Gate National Recreation Area (www.nps.gov/goga). The Center is managed by the Fort Mason Foundation in partnership with the National Park Service. The Fort Mason Foundation office, in Landmark Building A, is open daily from 9am to 8pm. Fort Mason Center is wheelchair-accessible.

In 2008 the Foundation's office is closed New Year's Day (January 1), Martin Luther King Day (January 21), President's Day (February 18), Memorial Day (May 26), Independence Day (July 4), Labor Day (September 1), Thanksgiving Day (November 20), and Christmas (December 25).
