The ongoing affordability issues in San Francisco inspires an art exhibit exploring contemporary capitalism, housing politics, divisions between public and private space, and current systems assigning value and importance.

“Hi/Lo” features work from MFA art students: Elizabeth Bennett (Mills College), Sarah Chan (University of California-Davis), Alice Combs (San Francisco Art Institute), Lynn Dau (San Francisco State University), Ashley Fischer (Stanford University), Garth Fry (California College of the Arts, CCA), and Lusi Pinto (CCA).

The gallery is open Saturdays, February 6 to March 12, 2016, noon to 5 p.m. and by appointment on Mondays, February 8- March 7, 2016. And meet the artists at the opening reception on Friday, February 5, 2016, 5 to 9 p.m.
