Friends of the Library Annual Big Book Sale

The Friends of the SF Public Library's annual event benefits programs in the SF public libraries.  The five-day sale allows the public to purchase used (and some new) books at extremely discounted rated.  A logistical feat that involves more than 300,000 books in 50+ categories, 350 volunteers, 8.000 boxes and 300 tables.  The sale is free and open to the public

September 25, Friday, 10:00am-8:00pm
September 26, Saturday, 10:00am-8:00pm
September 27, Sunday, 10:00am-6:00pm (all books $1)
