Family WinemakersNOVEMBER 2004

1001 Wines – Tasting 2004

Festival Pavilion

Ah California! Where else can you attend a wine tasting that offers more than 300 wineries and at least 1,000 different wines? Sunday afternoon, November 7, is a banner day for wine lovers. Family Winemakers of California offers “Tasting 2004” at the Festival Pavilion. Visitors can sample dozens of the popular Pinots and Sauvignons as well as taste the far rarer Carignanes, Mourvedres, and Marsannes in this abundance of wine riches.

Family Winemakers of California was founded in 1991 to represent small, family-owned wineries and has made this event an annual one at Fort Mason Center. A special tasting for the trade only is scheduled for Monday, November 8.

For more information, see the November 7 calendar listing, or visit www.familywinemakers.org.
