Prints SF 2005JANUARY 2005

Prints San Francisco 2005

Conference Center, Bldg A

Etchings, woodcuts, and lithographs are among the fine art prints available at Fort Mason Center in January. Prints San Francisco 2005 includes work by Rembrandt, Dürer, Matisse, Chagall, and Picasso.

Prints SF 2005 offers a unique opportunity to view and collect original prints created as long ago as the 15th century and as recently as the 21st.

The Conference Center exhibit, featuring 18 dealers from the US and Canada, begins Friday, January 14 with a preview and opening gala benefiting the Graphic Arts Council of the Achenbach Foundation for the Graphic Arts. The show, free to the public on Saturday and Sunday, offers visitors a chance to examine and learn about the history of printmaking as well as a rare opportunity to ask questions of knowledgeable dealers.

For more information see January 14 and visit www.prints-sanfrancisco.com.
