Grants For As Much As $10,000 For San Francisco Businesses Affected By COVID-19 With Fewer Than Five Employees


The San Francisco Office of Economic and Workforce Development (OECD) has established a COVID-19 Resiliency Fund to offer emergency grants of as much as $10,000 for businesses with fewer than five employees. The grant money can be used for payroll, rent, utilities, and inventory.

The OECD fund accepts applications until June 17, 2020. The business must:

  • Be a for-profit business
  • Have less than $2.5 million in gross annual receipts
  • Have fewer than five employees
  • Be closed or have lost at least 25 percent in revenue since January 2020 because of the coronavirus pandemic.
