Presented By

MoBu Dance Studio / DancEsteem

Through May 5th

MoBu Dance Studio invites the public to DancEsteem’s 22nd Annual Performance, Broadway Musical, at Fort Mason Center for Arts & Culture. DancEsteem celebrates the talents of sixth-grade students and older (Saturday, May 4, 2019, 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.  and Sunday, May 5, 2019, 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.) and preschool through fifth-grade students (Saturday, May 4, 2019, 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Sunday, May 5, 2019, 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.). The songs of Broadway musicals inspires the choreography and dance styles.

MoBu Dance Studio/DancEsteem Director Takami Craddock leads the production and her choreography draws on the natural talents and interest children have to engage in dance. This inherent interest helps children discover their identities and innate creativity through movement. Expect to see young dancers, from three-years-old to 18-years-old, performing a variety of dance forms, including contemporary, ballet, jazz, and hip hop.
