The Mexican Museum’s “Family Sunday” celebrates the Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) holiday at Fort Mason Center for Arts & Culture. Professional face painters offer calavera (skull-mask) face paintings. Attendees can also make papier-mâché masks and personalized mini-altars (ofrendas) in memory of loved ones who have passed away.
