About: In this origin story for the DC Comics team the Birds of Prey, Harley Quinn (Margot Robbie) gets dumped by the Joker and processes her heartbreak in explosive ways. She also gets caught up in the plots of crime lord Roman Sionis (Ewan McGregor), who’s searching for a diamond key to underworld riches. With Cassandra Cain (Ella Jay Basco) in Sionis’ cross-hairs as the diamond thief, Quinn bounces among alliances with the assassin Helena Bertinelli (Mary Elizabeth Winstead), the metahuman singer Dinah Lance (Jurnee Smollett-Bell), and the hard boiled detective Renee Montoya (Rosie Perez) to save the day.
