Learn more about Italian literature and cinema with the Museo Italo Americano at Fort Mason Center for Arts & Culture. The Museo offers Monday afternoon Italian culture classes taught in English.

The “Italian Literary Masterpieces in Translation” class covers I’m Not Scared (Lo non ho paura) by Niccolò Ammaniti. During the final class, the Museo screens the 2003 crime mystery thriller film I’m Not Scared, directed by Gabriele Salvatores. ($220-$280)

The “Italian Cinema In Translation: Films That Made and Changed History” class focuses on classic Italian films of the 1950s. ($135-$180)
