Through May 15th

The San Francisco Art Institute (SFAI) Master of Fine Arts (MFA) Exhibition showcases the innovative work of 91 graduating artists. The exhibition displays work in individual gallery spaces throughout the Herbst Pavilion at Fort Mason Center for Arts & Culture. Artwork includes contemporary installations, painting, video, sound, sculpture, photography, printmaking, performance, and hybrid art forms combining a variety of media. Expect to see work hanging from the ceiling, on the walls, and in walk-through environments.

The exclusive preview party on Wednesday, May 11, 6:00-8:00 p.m. celebrates SFAI faculty and alumni with work on view at the newly expanded San Francisco Museum of Modern Art (SFMOMA) and the work of SFAI MFA and Master of Arts (MA) students graduating in 2016. Admission is $225-$250 to the preview party, which benefits the SFAI student scholarship fund.

Free Admission (to exhibit, Thursday-Sunday, May 12-15, 11:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. and to opening reception on Friday, May 13, 7:00-9:00 p.m.)
