The Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch Food Truck visits Off the Grid at Fort Mason Center For Arts & Culture with delicious sustainable cuisine and vital information about protecting the culinary resources of the ocean. The colorful truck rolls into Off The Grid on Friday, August 23, 2019, from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and offers a great menu with wild, local rockfish recipes and vegan options.

The Seafood Watch Food Truck features $5 tacos and lettuce wraps along with an $8.75 banh mi sandwich. Try a sandwich, taco, or wrap with a selections of rockfish prepared with chili lime, tamarind, or cajun flavors. Vegan tacos and wraps are also available with butternut squash, kale, and candied walnuts.
