Fort Mason Center for Arts & Culture’s resident group Museo Italo Americano has online shopping and Zoom events for Spring 2021. Find glass hearts, truffles, and more at the Museo’s online store. Learn how to make “Homemade Tagliatelle” with Chef Lorenzo Bonissoni of Stagioni Italiane ($25-$30). The Museo’s popular “Cena & Telechat [Virtual Version]” Zoom conversation series continues in Spring as well and are FREE (donations welcome).

Find wonderful gifts at the Museo’s online shop. You can also visit the shop in-person when you sign-up for a Museo adventure, Tuesday through Saturday, 12:00p.m. to 4:00p.m. (last reservation is at 3:00 p.m.). Discover beautiful Murano glass hearts; fused- and blown-glass jewelry; brilliant blown-glass and fused-glass birds; books; and Italia-branded men’s items. Introduce children to Dante Alighieri’s Divine Comedy with Annamaria Piccione’s 2021 title, La Divina Commedia Raccontata Ai Bambini, illustrated by Francesc Rovira ($32). Shipping for any order is only $6.00.

The “Cena & Telechat [Virtual Version]” conversation over a meal or wine or prosecco happens Monday, April 5, 2021 and Monday, April 19, 2021 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Conversations are in Italian and the April 5, 2021 topic is “L’influsso dell’italiano nella lingua inglese.” The theme for April 19, 2021 is “Chiacchierata in libertá!” FREE (donations welcome). On Friday, April 16, 2021, 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., the Museo presents a Zoom event with Chef Lorenzo Bonissoni of Stagioni Italiane — “Spring Edition: Homemade Tagliatelle” ($25-$30).

The Museo and the Istituto Italiano Di Cultura  (The Italian Cultural Institute Of San Francisco) present the virtual event, “Boldness With Sensitivity: In Conversation With Italian American Artist & Sculptor Lar Landa” featuring Northern California artist Lar Landa in conversation with Sheila Pierce Ortona on Sunday, April 25, 2021, from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.FREE (donations welcome).
