Join the San Francisco Art Institute (SFAI) at Fort Mason Center for Arts & Culture to celebrate the future generation of artists with the 2019 Master of Fine Arts (MFA) Exhibition. More than 50 graduating artists activate SFAI’s space on Pier 2 — transforming it into a dynamic, large-scale gallery of contemporary installations, painting, sound, video, sculpture, photography, printmaking, performance, and more.

Works are on view from Friday, May 17, 2019 through Sunday, May 27, 2019 (from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. daily) in SFAI’s Fort Mason campus on Pier 2. The special “Vernissage MFA Preview Reception & Gala” occurs Thursday, May 16, 2019 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. (Tickets and sponsorship levels range from $125 to $10,000.) A free public opening reception takes place on Friday, May 17, 2019 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (Please RSVP for the reception.)
