Dancer and choreographer Tara Brandel presents Circus, an innovative dance performance looking at diverse experiences in contemporary Irish culture, in the Firehouse at Fort Mason Center for Arts & Culture. Brandel mixes contemporary dance with twerking, aerial pole dancing, video projection, and street dancing in collaboration with recent Irish immigrant and Nigerian street dancer Nicholas Nwosu. This performance is on a double bill with Felicity Hesed: Cara Vita: A Clown Concerto.
