Featuring new works that revolve around a different theme each year, SKETCH 6 | Use Your Words centers on the use of text and language: poems, literature and songs. Comprised of  three generations of ballet choreographers and dancers: Amy Seiwert (Amy Seiwert’s Imagery, Smuin Ballet), San Francisco legend Val Caniparoli (San Francisco Ballet) and emerging choreographer Nicole Haskins (Smuin Ballet), attendees will see three premieres inspired by this year’s theme created by Seiwert, Caniparoli and Haskins, as well as the reprisal of Adam Hougland’s “Cigarettes” (2011).

Dancers from Amy Seiwert’s Imagery performing in SKETCH 6 include Sarah Griffin, Rachel Furst, James Gilmer, Annali Rose, Scott Marlowe, Peter Franc, Andre Silva, and Beth Ann Maslinoff.

Friday’s VIP ticket includes exclusive access to an after party with artists of the company.
