The tree lot is open daily, from Saturday, November 29, 2025 through Thursday, December 18, 2025, 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (Closes at 6:00 p.m.; Friday, December 5, 2025, Saturday, December 13, 2025, and Saturday, December 18, 2025.)

Special events are part of the Guardsmen Tree Lot traditions. Family Day, (Sunday, November 30, 2025, 10:00 a.m.); the Crab Feed (Friday, December 5, 2025, 6:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., doors 5:00 p.m., $150 to $2,500 [$161.89 to $2,634.45 with fees]); and the Tree Lot Party (Saturday, December 13, 2025, 8:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m., $70 to $140 [$76.24 to $151.18 with fees]) are all planned for 2025.
