Join Fort Mason Center for Arts & Culture (FMCAC), FOR-SITE, Haines Gallery, SF Camerawork, and the San Francisco Children’s Art Center to celebrate the Winter art season with an evening Art Walk on Friday, January 19, 2024, 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The Art Walk takes place during FOG Design+Art 2024 in the Gateway and Festival Pavilions (Piers 2 and 3) and during San Francisco Art Week.

The Art Walk opens at 5:00 p.m. and features pop-up artist and curator talks across campus; a new exhibition in Gallery 308, Landmark Building A; an opening reception and an art workshop in Landmark Building C; and a public art commission at Landmark Building B, the Gateway Pavilion at Pier 2, and the Festival Pavilion at Pier 3. Check in at the lobby inside Landmark Building C to obtain maps and drink tickets. Register at EventBrite.

Explore the following events:

During the Winter 2024 Art Walk, FMCAC resident establishments Radhaus, Greens Restaurant, and The Interval at Long Now offer dining and drinking options in Landmark Building A.

Goody Cafe in Landmark Building C offers special treats and free popcorn (organic, popped fresh), 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Hot and cold drinks are also available for purchase. Artwork by Loren Hsieh is on view as well.

Other campus art installations on view are: a collection of historic posters commemorating decades of Indigenous arts and cultural events held at FMCAC, presented by FMCAC resident American Indian Cultural District, on view in the lobby of Landmark Building D; and original paintings from the International Decorative Painters Salon 2023 in the lobby of Landmark Building C.
