Featuring a program of music and poetry, Heroes’ Voices presents: “The Soldier’s Journey”: an artistic exploration into the lives, and unique experiences, that comes with being a soldier. The culmination of Heroes’ Voices National Veterans Poetry Contest, this event at Fort Mason Center for Arts & Culture will highlight the winning veterans’ poetry, along with the premiere of a new musical work by composer Michael Conley.
