Museo Italo Americano hosts a concert of Italian mandolin maestri music by the Aurora Mandolin Ensemble at Fort Mason Center for Arts & Culture. The special program features musical pieces composed by 20th-century Italian mandolin masters who lived and performed in the San Francisco Bay Area.

The Aurora Mandolin Ensemble is a smaller group within the Aurora Mandolin Orchestra, which has treated San Francisco Bay Area audiences to beautiful mandolin music for 80 years. The ensemble includes players of several  mandolins and mandolas, a mandocello bass, a guitar, and a flute.

A reception takes place after the concert.
