FLAX art + design at Fort Mason Center for Arts & Culture offers an affordable and fun batik silk painting workshop for children seven years and older in partnership with Color Cruiser boutique. Color Cruise’s founders, Ashley and Katelyn will teach children how to blend colors on fabric and create an amazing batik masterpiece to take home. The $18 fee includes expert instruction with Color Cruise’s founding artists and a batik kit with a wax fabric motif, six color dyes, and hands-on creative expression.
