Rock out at home and in-person with Fort Mason Center for Arts & Culture (FMCAC) resident group Blue Bear School Of Music’s Fall 2022 in-person and online classes and online private lessons. Learn how to play a new instrument or improve existing musical skills with Blue Bear’s diverse program of in-person band workshops and acoustic jam classes; as well as virtual classes, virtual private lessons; and Little Bears in-person toddler music classes.

From September 26, 2022 through December 15, 2022, Blue Bear offers virtual and in-person sessions featuring electric and acoustic guitar with classes for all skill levels, from beginner to advanced students. Other classes cover vocals, ukulele, DJing and electronic music, and more. Tuition costs $375 for the Saturday six-week songwriting class, $330 to $415 for most 11-week classes, and $415 to $510 for most 10-to-11 week plus performance Band Workshops and DJ classes.

Little Bears In-The-Park classes for ages four months to five years old are available on an ongoing basis. The 45-minute classes take place on Monday and Wednesday mornings in Upper Fort Mason’s Great Meadow and cost $35 for one sessions, $150 for five sessions, or $250 for 10 sessions.
