Oct 31st @ 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.Participate in the annual Halloween Costume Contest and Parade at the Farmers Market in Fort Mason Center For Arts & Culture. Winners receive prizes and medals. Pick up some fall flowers, produce, and baked goods from more than 35 vendors after enjoying the colorful contest.
