As part of the parallel programming for Isaac Julien Playtime, he spoke at Bay Area institutions. At Mills College’s Art Lecture Series, he discussed current and past works, so as to serve Mills’ lecture series goals of “[gaining a] greater perspective on current ideas and practices in the contemporary art world.”
