Learn about Italian culture and language with Fort Mason Center for Arts & Culture’s resident group Museo Italo Americano online classes. The Museo offers virtual Italian language classes online Tuesday through Thursday. The Winter 2024 sessions run from January 9, 2924 to March 1, 2024.

All skill levels are welcome as the Museo provides instruction for beginners through advanced students. The classes are available during morning, afternoon, and evening sessions at 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Two special classes for Winter 2024 are: “Beginning Course: Practical Italian Toolkit For Travelers,” meeting online on Thursdays, January 11, 2024 to February 29, 2024, 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (eight weeks, members $200; non-members $250) and “Online Italian Through Culinary Culture,” meeting on Thursdays, January 25, 2024 to February 29, 2024, 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (intermediate level, six weeks, members $150; non-members $188).

Class prices range from $150 to $250 per Winter 2024 session. The Museo also offers Friendship packages ($350 to $450) for two students to register together to save money on tuition. Students who are not yet Museo members automatically receive an annual membership when signing up for a class and can pay member rates for future classes.
