Puglia Unveiled: Iconic Places, Traditions, Food, Wine & Hidden Gems From Bari To Salento” takes place on Sunday, March 30, 2025, 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Part of Museo’s Regional Sunday Series, “Puglia” is presented by educator, writer, and Italian enthusiast Audrey Fielding, editor of Salento By Five; along with Davide Corriero, Deputy Consul General of Italy and a proud Puglia native. The wine tasting is generously sponsored by Vinum Italia LLC, a California-based company specializing in the import and wholesale distribution of Italian wines. Founded by Enrico Guglielmi, the company focuses on sourcing wines from small, family-owned producers, including those practicing natural, organic, and biodynamic viticulture. Their mission emphasizes delivering premium wines that cater to various occasions, working closely with Italian wine producers who share their commitment to quality. Melodies Of A Legend: A Tribute To Tony Bennett” is a bio-concert featuring local talents Steve Gill, Alex Perez, and friends on Sunday, April 27, 2025, 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The stage is set for a one-hour performance celebrating the life and timeless music of Tony Bennett. ($15 for members, $35 for non-members) (Register in advance).

Oil Painting Class: Capturing Spring in San Francisco” happens on Saturdays, May 3 to 17, 2025, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Experience the breathtaking beauty of Spring in San Francisco through the art of oil painting. In this immersive three-Saturday workshop, capture delicate blooms nestled in the iconic fog, sweeping San Francisco Bay views, and the charm of San Francisco’s world-class architecture. Utilizing the picturesque setting of Fort Mason Center For Arts & Culture, embrace the opportunity to paint outdoors (“all’aperto”) when weather allows, with possible sessions indoors to explore still life or work from photography.

Guided by Michael Wong, a beloved instructor from the Museo’s CIAO program, learn techniques in oil painting using portable wooden easels, allowing full engagement with the stunning scenery. A Walk Through Le Marche With Maria Fassio Pignati” is a guide through this beautiful Italian region, sharing insights about each province while focusing on the province of Ascoli-Piceno, and the city of San Benedetto del Tronto, Pignati’s husband’s birthplace. Enjoy personal anecdotes and a glimpse into Pignati’s experiences through personal photos on Sunday, May 18, 2025, 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Free for members, $20 for non-members) (Register in advance).

MY SF: Closing Day With Richard L.
