Join PhotoAlliance for their final lecture of 2023 with renowned Bay Area photographer Todd Hido and Seattle-based emerging artist Meg Roussos in the Bayfront Theatre, Building B, at Fort Mason Center For Arts & Culture.

Todd Hido offers a preview of his forthcoming monograph The End Sends Advance Warning and shares reflections and images from his decades mastering a uniquely cinematic, atmospheric, and evocative approach to landscape photography.

Meg Roussos, who had her first solo show in San Francisco at Chung 24 Gallery earlier this year, also considers the way we move through the landscape, as well as how a cinematic framework can inform still photography. In addition, she shares recent photographic projects, as well as her experience as a “triple crown” though-hiker.

Following the program, join PhotoAlliance in the lobby for a holiday reception and champagne toast to the season, photography, and each other — hosted by PhotoAlliance Creative Director Linda Connor.

After a year and a half of wonderful programs in partnership around the San Francisco Bay Area, PhotoAlliance looks forward to welcoming all to the historic Bayfront Theatre, where they plan to offer Spring 2024 programs as well.
