Improv gets an innovative twist in BATS Improv’s new Praise or Punishment show at Fort Mason Center for Arts & Culture. During April the Bayfront Theater hosts five improv directors battling each other to bring their unique visions to life. Audiences shower praise or punishments on each directorial effort. The director gaining the most praise wins the trophy–but directors being punished must act out their penance live on stage.
