Steamroller Dance Company‘s “Legendary Children” features physically articulate movements that interplay the tropes of artistic and popular culture. Steamroller’s compositions reflect how mass media and language influence perceptions of gender, race, and sexuality.
These performances by Steamroller Dance Company are hosted by Fort Mason Center for Arts & Culture (FMCAC) as part of the San Francisco International Arts Festival, which runs from May 19 – June 5 exclusively at FMCAC.
