“Anyone can wear the mask. You could wear the mask. If you didn’t know that before, I hope you do now. Because I’m Spider-Man. And I’m not the only one. Not by a long shot.”
Title: Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse
About: In this stylish return to its comic book roots, the latest animated iteration of our favorite web-slinger centers around New Yorker Miles Morales, a teenager facing typical challenges of the age – identity, school, friends, and meeting family expectations. Like his predecessors, Miles’ life changes when he is bitten by a radioactive spider causing him to develop some well-known, arachnid-like powers. After witnessing the death of Spider-Man at the hands of Kingpin and his Super-Collider, a destructive machine designed to travel to parallel dimensions, Miles jumps into action. Drawn into an interconnected web of various heroes across the Spider-verse, he gets help from a down-and-out Peter Parker (and his Aunt May!), Spider-Woman, Peni Parker, Spider-Noir, and Spider-Ham to battle Kingpin. Brace yourself for a dazzling, kaleidoscopic journey into the Spider-Verse!
