A Middle Eastern music and dance adventure, “The Magic Carpet” is family-friendly event led by The Caravan Band, The Aswan Dancers and Joweh Dance Troupe. The carpet ride will transport the audience from the deserts of North Africa, to Egypt, through the Middle East and onto the Saudi Arabian Peninsula. Audiences will sit back and “enjoy the ride” as the music and dance takes them to Arabian Nights.

These performances by The Caravan Band, The Aswan Dancers and Joweh Dance Troupe are hosted by Fort Mason Center for Arts & Culture (FMCAC) as part of the San Francisco International Arts Festival, which runs from May 25 – June 4 exclusively at FMCAC.
