Presented By

American Craft Council

Through Aug 6th

Celebrate all things handmade when the American Craft Show, San Francisco, 2017 returns to Fort Mason Center for Arts & Culture’s Festival Pavilion for three days in August. More than 225 of the country’s best contemporary jewelry, clothing, furniture, and home décor artists participate in the largest juried craft show west of the Rockies. Touch and explore high-quality craft from established and emerging artisans.

Check out talented emerging artists, many of whom are just beginning their careers in the craft field. Look for the pink and black Hip Pop logos on the show floor to locate these artists and their cutting-edge work.

For the 2017 show, the “Make Room: Modern Design Meets Craft” installation has a special theme: “In Space and Time, ” in honor of the American Craft Council’s (ACC’s) 75th anniversary. The installation offers room vignettes created by local interior designers to showcase fine craft and iconic images from the 1940s to today.

Let’s Make inspiration stations throughout the show offer interactive demonstrations, tastings, and hands-on activities from a variety of artists and artisanal food and spirits creators. Find details about additional ACC show programs here.

Become an ACC member ($40 individual, $50 dual) and receive a free, three-day pass to the show and a one-year subscription to the award-winning magazine, American Craft.
