More than 27,000 runners and race spectators will converge on Fort Mason Center for Arts & Culture for the San Francisco Marathon Expo. Held on Friday and Saturday before race day on July 31, the Race Expo offers the latest information, entertainment, products, and demonstrations on running techniques, gear, health, and sports nutrition. Sample recovery beverages, protein bars, and much more, including locally crafted beer in the Lagunitas beer garden. Food and beverages will also be available from local food trucks and Peet’s Coffee, the official coffee of The San Francisco Marathon.

Attendees can get race-ready, from sampling on-course electrolyte drinks and energy chews, to picking up bus tickets, getting race-day beer garden wristbands in advance, and downloading The San Francisco Marathon Race App, powered by Fitbit.

Runners can also pick up their bib numbers, timing chips, and official marathon T-shirts. The San Francisco Marathon and Expo event includes races for all levels and running abilities and is a beautiful way to spend a day on the waterfront.
