Rocked By Women
San Francisco International Arts Festival
Through Jun 3rdSarah Bush’s Rocked By Women is a kinetic, hybrid work about the life of a woman set to music by women. Through the story of one woman’s life, the dance highlights the common history among all women and pays tribute to women, from young to old, who leave a lasting impression.
The Sarah Bush Dance Project and the Erika Essner Performance Co-op share the double bill for an invigorating, innovative dance program.
These performances by Sarah Bush are hosted by Fort Mason Center for Arts & Culture (FMCAC) as part of the San Francisco International Arts Festival, which runs from May 25 – June 4 exclusively at FMCAC. The Festival features more than 100 performances by over 60 different artists, ensembles and companies. Get discounts on tickets to see multiple shows at the Festival by buying a Festival pass.
