Celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Whole Earth Catalog with the San Francisco Art Institute (SFAI) and a big exhibit about Whole Earth and its many media properties at Fort Mason Center for Arts & Culture. SFAI’s Main Gallery, Gray Box Gallery, and Atrium exhibit spaces in Pier 2 display a wide array of Whole Earth ephemera and artistry from throughout the lifetime of the Whole Earth Catalog (first issue 1968), The WELL online community (established 1985), the Whole Earth Software Catalog, the Whole Earth Review, and CoEvolution Quarterly.
