Continuing his exploration into experimental performance art, the Eric Kupers directed “Beware the Band of Lions III” uses the stage as a means to connect with the audience. Choreographed by Kupers, Randee Paufve, and the ensemble members of Bandelion, Kupers focuses on the audience becoming active participants in the performance, where the goal centers on the audience members having a visceral response to the piece.

These performances by Eric Kupers and Bandelion are hosted by Fort Mason Center for Arts & Culture as part of the San Francisco International Arts Festival, which runs from May 19 – June 5 exclusively at FMCAC.
