Artist Talk: Sophie Calle

Cowell Theater

Jun 28th @ 5-6 p.m.

Fort Mason Center for Arts & Culture presents an artist talk with Sophie Calle in conversation with Evelyne Jouanno, Director of Ars Citizen and curator of Missing. Calle will discuss her immersive works, for which she uses facets of her life to create transcendent experiences addressing themes such as death and heartbreak.

Free admission with reserved ticket.

This event is in tandem with Missing, a thoughtful survey of Calle’s most emblematic projects from the last decade– Rachel Monique, Take Care of Yourself, The Last Image, and Voir la mer–presenting them in a dramatic setting along the San Francisco waterfront.
