Lively music takes the stage for “Fly by Balkan Carpet with the Trio Balkan Strings” — a performance by Zoran, Nikola and Zeljko Starcevic. Expect to hear Balkan swing-world fusion featuring Balkan ornamentations and asymmetrical rhythms, with influences of jazz, gypsy swing, and classical; and look for their signature move: six hands playing one guitar.

This performance by Trio Balkan Strings are hosted by Fort Mason Center for Arts & Culture (FMCAC) as part of the San Francisco International Arts Festival, which runs from May 25 – June 4 exclusively at FMCAC.
